The CCM (Crowd and Crisis Management and Human Behavior) course is intended for masters, officers and other personnel designated on muster list to assist passengers in emergency situations and chief mates, chief engineer officers, second engineer officers and any person having responsibility for the safety of passengers in emergency situations on board ro-ro passenger ships and passenger ships other than ro-ro passenger ships.
