This course is designed to give students a deeper look into information technology subsequent to the completion of Information Technology I.
Students will be exposed to:
- fundamentals of computer networks and communications;
- computer security and risks;
- information systems;
- an overview of e-commerce;
- the essentials of database and database technology.
A hands-on approach to two (spreadsheet and database) applications will be embarked on for practical experience.
